Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is placed inside its original branded box.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at any authorized drop-off location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
